Hello to all of our wonderful backers! As March comes to a close, we wanted to pop in with a few tidbits.
Our first order of business is to announce that we have sent out the Next Level Encounters Backer Poll earlier today (via your email associated with Backerkit). We would greatly appreciate your feedback on the project along with other subjects. Your responses will help shape the future of Next Level Miniatures and our products. So if you've ever wanted to get your thoughts and ideas out and be heard directly by a miniatures company, now is your chance!
We read every response and backer suggestions/ideas from our previous projects were brought to life in Next Level Encounters and will be in upcoming releases! If you didn't get your email you can access the poll by clicking the link.
Next, we wanted to make sure you were aware that the Dragon's Hoard Remastered pre-order/pledge manager store is now open. If you missed out on the original campaign, now is the time to jump in at huge discounts off MSRP (up to 40% off). The pre-order store/pledge manager will be open for a limited time so make sure to check it out!
Lastly, if you backed Dragon's Hoard Remastered, but didn't see your backer survey earlier this week in your email (or spam folder), please let us know at [email protected] so we can make sure it gets to you.

Project Update + Final Days for Dragon's Hoard Remastered!

Happy Thursday! We've got another update to cover a few project topics and also remind everyone that our current crowdfunding campaign over on Backerkit for Dragon's Hoard Remastered is near the campaign's end.
Let's start off with fulfillment - all of the first wave of shipments have been shipped as of early last week. For any backers who have recently completed their survey since the first wave cutoff back at the end of February, we will be starting to ship your pledges out early next week.
If you've received your pledge already, we'd love for you to share your feedback and if you've already started painting any of them up we'd love to see your work as well! Post a link in the comments here or on the campaign page, or email us at [email protected].
We will be sending out a backer survey to everyone soon to collect feedback on the project so we can learn what we did right, where we can continue to improve and what kinds of things you'd all like to see from us in the future. If you want to help guide, influence, and inform what we do as a company there's no better way than our end of project survey. So stay tuned for that coming soon!
Update on the game mats - for those who ordered the game mats, they are completed and will soon be getting on a shipping container. Our latest estimate is that they will arrive sometime in April. Once they arrive we'll be shipping them out to everyone ASAP. We're sorry for the continued delay on these!
Lastly, we wanted to give a final reminder to everyone that Dragon's Hoard Remastered is in the final 28ish hours over on Backerkit. It features a whole slew of newly updated models and even new variant poses. The All-In Pledge includes the 148mm tall Red Dragon mini for free!
If you're a Next Level Veteran and you've already bought some of the previously remastered models in the Dragon's Hoard Vol. 2 and/or Next Level Encounters pledge managers we've got a couple pledge options for you as well: DHV2 Veteran, NLE Veteran. Note: these pledges are not visible from the main campaign page and can only be accessed via these links.
We're super close to unlocking the Otyugh Glutton stretch goal, so if you haven't checked it out, please give it a look and share it with any friends or family who may be interested!
Well, that's it for this update. Since the project is coming to an end we don't expect to have any regular updates from here on out. But we will pop in occasionally with any news worth sharing to everyone and of course to share the upcoming backer survey when it's ready.

Fulfillment Update + Dragon's Hoard Remastered is NOW LIVE!

Good day backers! We've got a quick update for you all to just go over some fulfillment news and whatnot and also to announce that Dragon's Hoard Remastered, our newest project is now live!
Encounters Fulfillment
First, let's go over where we're at with fulfillment. So far we're approximately 60% done with fulfillment, with shipments already going out to the US, UK, EU, Canada and more. But we're still working through pledges and packing them up every day. We are expecting to be done with fulfillment around the end of this week, maybe a few stragglers into early next week at the very latest.
If you haven't received your shipping notification yet, don't worry! It should be coming soon. But we ask that you make sure emails from @nextlevelminiatures.com are not blocked in your email settings so that you can ensure it doesn't get sent to spam or a promotions folder you never look at.
If you have already received your pledge, let us know what you think! Post a comment here or on the main page comments area. We'd love to hear your feedback on the project.
Lastly, if feel the items you've received are incorrect, please email us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to review your pledge order and assist you.

24 Hour Notice: Get your shipping address updated if you need to!

Hello everyone, the time is finally here!
This update is just a real quick one to give a 24 hour notice before we begin fulfillment of the project. That means if you need to get your shipping address updated please contact us to do so now. This is basically a last call to ensure everyone has their shipping info ready to go as we plan to beginning some shipments as early as tomorrow.
If you need to update your shipping address please reply here or contact us at [email protected] so we can get that taken care of.
Just so we set expectations, fulfillment will take us a number of days to complete, although we are hoping to have all pledges shipped within about a week or so. So if you don't see your shipping notification email from us tomorrow don't worry. Your pledge may go out at any point during fulfillment - we don't ship based on backer #s, alphabetical by name, or anything like that. We break down the existing pledges into similar groupings by contents to help make the workflow of packing and shipping more efficient.
Also, as a reminder from our last update, if you ordered the themed game mats, those unfortunately will be arriving later (we estimate late March-ish). Your minis will ship out now and the game mats will ship separately (no additional shipping needed) once we receive them. Sorry for the inconvenience on that, but we didn't want to delay everyone getting their minis over them!

Project update - we're in the home stretch!

Hello once again backers! We're here with a project update for you all. We're sorry we missed our usual bi-weekly update cadence last week, but we were ravaged a bit with a nasty flu going around so things got delayed.
You can see from the handy tracker graphic above, we're 95% done with production of the project. As we finish up production of the last remaining minis, we've moved to shifting more of our labor to assembly and prepping for fulfillment.
Unfortunately despite our best efforts, the themed game mats did not get finished prior to Chinese New Year. Because everything shuts down in China during this time for about 3 weeks, they won't be arriving until late March we estimate. However, this will not delay the fulfillment of anyone's minis. If you purchased the game mats, we will ship the minis portion of your pledge now and the mats will be coming in a separate shipment later once they arrive. Sorry for the inconvenience for those affected!
A friendly reminder for anyone who hasn't completed their pledge survey - if you want to ensure your pledge rewards go out in the first wave of shipments with everyone else, get your survey finished up sooner rather than later. If you can't find your survey invite email, let us know and we'll get it re-sent to you.
Also, please make sure your address is up to date! We aren't responsible for your package being shipped to the wrong address if you forget to let us know you've moved. We don't want this to happen to anyone, so please contact us ASAP at [email protected] to get that taken care of if you need to. If your pledge is shipped to your old address we may not be able to recover it.
